Education:
Nkhensani Chauke (“Nkhensani”) is a young black female who hailed from humble beginnings in Limpopo, however she always believed in her capabilities and always knew that with a goal and hard work, nothing is impossible.
Nkhensani obtained her LLB Degree from the University of Johannesburg and from that moment she was determined to become one of the most renowned black female legal practitioners in South Africa. After serving her articles of clerkship, she was immediately promoted to a position of Associate, and within a year after, she was appointed as a Director, heading up her own independent offices in Heidelberg.
Due to her determination, she furthered her studies and worked towards obtaining a Post Graduate Certificate in Mining and Prospecting from the Mandela Institute of Learning. After a number of years in the legal fraternity she identified the need for more black females, actively practising law and decided to establish a law firm which would strive at empowering black female attorneys to be on the same level of competence as their peers in the legal fraternity.
Operating the firm is not only about making money, however it is about empowering and enriching the community, giving everyone access to enforcing their Constitutional Rights.
